My daughter has an older Ferrari that is driven very infrequently, so keeping the battery up has always been a challenge. More often than not, it meant replacing the battery every year. there are a lot of these battery trickle/float type chargers around and most of them just seem to be copies of the battery tender products. i havent used it for a long time – less than a year, and it has helped a battery stay alive for an infrequently driven vehicle. this one is waterproof as well (i dont think i found any others that were waterproofd), but i haven’t really tested that feature. i bought two of these, and they work great.
